feat: 订单机台配置拆至 order_machine_config
Summary - 将 order_machine 工艺/告警配置读写拆到 1:1 侧表 order_machine_config（依赖 holdingk-db 1.3.39.2-SNAPSHOT） - Box/Web 读路径 applyConfig overlay；写路径只写侧表，不再写主表配置列 - 清理残留：线长阈值、计件单价、刷数接口等改走 config；去掉布票整实体透传更新 ## Test plan - [ ] 迁移后抽样核对 order_machine_config 与历史配置一致 - [ ] Web：线长告警查询/保存、计件单价、查布/总针/测速范围、批号前缀 - [ ] Web：新建订单机台后 config 有记录，主表无配置列写入 - [ ] Box：改档位/下布速率、匹转、线长停机更新 - [ ] 状态机仍只更新主表运行态字段 - [ ] CDC/mapp：确认 order_machine_config 同步方案
