fix(holdingk-db-ext): order_machine_config 对齐 V55 id/审计人
对齐工厂 V55：侧表 id 自增 PK + create_by/update_by；新增 alter_order_machine_config_add_id.sql；Mapper 增加 updateByOrderMachineIdSelective。
