[#feat] MQTT 写路径改为只转发 RocketMQ
Wave5 mqtt-subscribe 写路径改为只校验并转发 RocketMQ，不再 Feign box-api inner 落库；失败码仍用 box-resource-api *FailCode。消费与落库交 rocketmq-consumer。不做 rotor_*、T3、type=21。
合入顺序：domain → box → mqtt / rocketmq。
